Do you take alteration requests?
While most garments are sold as designed, we offer customization on select pieces. Contact us at Support@belbuta.com Our team will review your request and confirm if customization is possible.
Do you provide your collection for reselling?
Yes, we offer our collection to authorized resellers. Visit the ‘Wholesale’ section or email Support@belbuta.com for details on pricing, minimum order quantities, and partnership terms
Can I change the address of my order?
The address can be updated only if the order hasn’t shipped. Track your order in My Account. If pending, contact Support@belbuta.com between Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM (IST).
Can I reschedule the delivery of my order?
Yes, by emailing Support@belbuta.com Rescheduling depends on courier policies and shipment status.
How can I make payments at Belbuta ?
We currently do not accept COD. All payments are securely processed online via credit card, debit card, or net banking.
Can I exchange/return my order?
Returns accepted within 4 days of delivery only.
Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags.
Once received, our team will review and notify you if approved.
Requests after 4 days or failed quality checks will not be accepted.
How long will it take for the return/exchange request to be processed?
It usually takes 10-15 working days for the return order to be processed. This is because we raise a reverse pickup with the courier company, which then collects the product from your delivery address. Once the goods are picked up from your address, they are received at the warehouse where they go through a quality check. Once this procedure is completed, we are in a position to send an adequate response to you.
How can I place a return request for my order?
'Log in' to your Belbuta account
Click on 'My Orders' on the left side of the page
Click 'View Details'
Click on 'Return' next to the product you want a refund against.
Select the reason for returning the product.
Select the Mode of Refund (Store credit)
Verify that the tags are intact and the product is unused
Click on Confirm
A message on the top of the page will say 'Your Return requested has been successfully generated’ and a confirmation will be sent to you via E-mail.
